Join our team as a Boiler Operator and play a vital role in powering our 24/7 production facility. In this role, you will not just watch gauges—you will actively own the performance of our biomass and oil-fired systems, turbine generators, and dry kilns. You Will Do Every Day
- Drive Efficiency:
Monitor and control our biomass and oil-fired boilers alongside our turbine generator to ensure safe, peak performance. - Solve Technical Puzzles:
Troubleshoot operational issues and perform routine minor repairs to keep equipment up and running. - Manage Kiln Operations:
Oversee the daily function and maintenance of our dry kilns. - Collaborate Daily:
Work closely with a dedicated production team to hit safety and operational goals.
