Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate posting and verification of invoices, along with maintaining vendor records.

Responsibilities

+ Post and verify invoices efficiently and accurately.

+ Process over 100 invoices weekly.

+ Maintain vendor records and manage vendor relationships.

+ Conduct 3-way match to ensure accurate payment processing.

+ Utilize SAP effectively for accounts payable tasks.

+ Navigate spreadsheets and create simple formulas in Excel.

Essential Skills

+ 3+ years of experience in invoice processing and accounts payable.

+ 3+ years of experience in vendor maintenance.

+ Proficient in performing a 3-way match.

+ Skilled in using SAP.

+ Ability to navigate and create formulas in Excel.

Work Environment

The position is onsite, providing a collaborative and supportive team culture. The work environment is conducive to efficiency and teamwork, with resources available for seamless invoice processing and vendor management.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carlisle, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
