Paraprofessional

New Story Schools (PA) is seeking a Paraprofessional to support teachers and students in a technology-forward learning environment. In this role, you'll assist with individualized and small-group instruction, reinforce digital learning activities, and help implement behavior and academic support plans. You will use basic educational software and classroom technology, collect student performance data, and collaborate closely with teachers and specialists. Ideal candidates are patient, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with diverse learners in a structured, student-centered setting.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with classroom instruction and student supervision
• Provide one-on-one and small-group academic support
• Reinforce use of educational and classroom technology tools
• Assist with implementation of behavior and learning support plans
• Collect and record basic student performance and behavior data
• Help prepare instructional materials and digital resources
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists on student needs
