New Story Schools (PA) seeks an Education Paraprofessional to support technology-enhanced learning in partnership with Tech Innovate, a leading AI solutions company. In this role, you'll assist teachers in delivering IT-enriched instruction, provide 1:1 and small-group academic and behavioral support, and help integrate educational software and AI tools into daily lessons. You'll monitor student progress, manage classroom technology, document data, and collaborate with educators and specialists.
This position offers training in emerging edtech, career growth, and the chance to impact diverse learners in an inclusive, innovation-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers with technology-enhanced classroom instruction
- Provide 1:1 and small-group academic and behavioral support
- Assist in integrating educational software and AI tools into lessons
- Monitor and document student progress and performance data
- Set up, troubleshoot, and manage classroom technology and devices
- Implement accommodations and behavior plans under teacher guidance
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families on student goals
- Maintain an inclusive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Support implementation of IEP goals as directed
- Participate in training on educational technology and instructional tools
