ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem solving and practical engineering work. The company is looking for someone who can work independently, think through design challenges, and contribute across multiple areas of the engineering process.
This is a strong fit for an engineer who wants more than a narrow desk-only role. You'll have the opportunity to be involved in design work, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, and technician support in a collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Read and interpret schematics and electrical diagrams
- Create and analyze CAD drawings
- Reverse engineer motor controls at the component level
- Develop bills of materials
- Research parts and components
- Build test sets
- Write procedures and technical documentation
- Support and train repair technicians
- Contribute to engineering projects while working closely with the Engineering Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, or an Associate degree with relevant electronics engineering experience
- Strong electronics knowledge
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgment
- Comfortable balancing detail-oriented work with broader engineering responsibilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team setting

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
