UPMC - - Responsibilities:
Assist with patient procedures and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, transporting, toileting, ambulating, turning and repositioning patients;
Document in the medical record according to established procedures;
Provide feedback to the RN regarding patient care and report changes in patient status;
Respond to call lights, telephones, and participate in universal unit activities;
Maintain safety policies and procedures and communicate effectively with patients, families, and health care team
