Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients with varying levels of care needs, including short-term medical treatment and long-term placement

• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements
