Perform in-house modifications to electric AC/DC motors based on detailed customer specifications.;
Disassemble, rework, and reassemble motors of various sizes using standard hand tools, power tools, and air/pneumatic tools.;
Complete daily equipment checks to ensure tools and machinery are in safe working condition.;
Collaborate with modification leads, engineers, and quality teams to ensure motors meet performance and safety documentation requirements.;
Follow documented procedures and safety standards.
