Production Quality Technician
Ensure that daily assigned Value Added work order(s) meet productivity goals, quality requirements and that customer expectations are being followed per the customer's SOP's and guidelines. This is to be accomplished through timely and periodic checks during the production process and documenting results of the audits conducted.

Productivity:
Meet established hourly production standards and escalate all production issues per SOP.
Inspections:
Have a good working knowledge of the production area lines and processes you are assigned. Understand hourly production progress via goal board display or established metrics. Be able to take work direction from management personnel.
