Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Carlisle, PA. This is a direct-hire opportunity on 1st shift within a modern, climate-controlled facility equipped with advanced CNC milling, turning, and boring equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong machining experience, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and hands-on knowledge of CNC machine setup, operation, and programming.

Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, boring mills, and other machining equipment. Perform machining operations according to production specifications and quality requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings. Utilize Mastercam and/or G-Code programming to support manufacturing operations. Conduct machine adjustments and perform routine maintenance as required. Inspect completed parts to ensure conformance to specifications and tolerances. Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Background/

Skills:

High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with CNC machine setup and operation. Working knowledge of Mastercam and/or G-Code programming. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and shop mathematics. Experience with Solid Works is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
