About the Role:
As a RN Charge Nurse Weekday 3-11, you will play a vital role in leading our nursing team and providing exceptional care to our patients. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing medications, and ensuring that our high standards of quality and safety are met. With a focus on teamwork and collaboration, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans and deliver personalized attention to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions
Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing assistants and other care staff
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Ensure that patient needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Current PA RN license
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
