Technical Sales Specialist

Our ideal candidate has a solid technical background combined with at least two years of sales experience.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience with a technical mindset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person
• Familiarity with industrial or technical markets a plus
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 25%
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extensively on a computer

Main Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and expand client relationships within target markets
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly
• Process quotes, orders, and manage follow-up on pending issues
• Offer technical support
• Generate sales reports and track account activity
• Support trade shows, industry events, and customer visits
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Travel to customer sites for demos and sales opportunities
