Tuckey Restoration helps homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, storm, and other property damage. We're seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter-Restoration Technician (Class IV) to lead reconstruction projects, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every job.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for a highly skilled carpenter who can independently manage complex residential and commercial restoration projects while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and multiple trades.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects
- Perform framing, drywall, trim, door, window, cabinet, and finish carpentry work
- Complete repairs related to fire, water, storm, and other property damage
- Read blueprints and plan work efficiently
- Coordinate subcontractors and other trades
- Mentor and train less-experienced technicians
- Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
- Assist with emergency response and restoration services when needed
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
- Minimum 7 years of carpentry, remodeling, construction, or restoration experience
- Proven ability to lead projects and work independently
- Strong framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and door/window installation skills
- Experience coordinating trades and managing project schedules
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a good driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools
