High Reach Operator
This role involves operating a stand-up high reach forklift to pick and move orders in a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse. You will spend most of your time on a stand-up Crown forklift, working efficiently to meet order quotas while occasionally performing manual tasks off the lift. Availability to train on a day shift schedule (approximately 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) for the initial training period.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up high reach forklift safely and efficiently to pick and move orders throughout the warehouse.
- Use primarily Crown stand-up forklifts to complete daily tasks, following all equipment and safety procedures.
- Pick orders accurately and at a pace that consistently meets or exceeds established supervisor quotas.
- Work off the forklift as needed to perform manual order picking, loading, unloading, and related warehouse tasks.
Essential
Skills:
- 6 months to 1 year of stand-up forklift experience as a minimum qualification.
- Proven ability to operate a stand-up high reach forklift safely and confidently.
- Experience with order picking in a warehouse or distribution environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
