Forklift Operator

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our team in Carlisle, PA. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials within the facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while ensuring a safe work environment.

Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack) to move materials throughout the facility

Load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner

Transport materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks

Stack and store products in designated areas while maintaining proper inventory organization

Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues

Read work orders or follow instructions to determine materials to be moved or stored

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and product verification as needed

Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA regulations

- Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM - $17.00/hr

B
- Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM - $17.75/hr

C
- Saturday – Monday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM - $18.00/hr

D
- Friday – Sunday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM - $18.25/hr

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus but not required
• Must be able to work the full shift schedule without accommodations
