High Reach Forklift Operator

Join a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse supporting high-volume order fulfillment. This role primarily operates a high reach forklift to pick and move inventory, with additional responsibilities in order picking and material handling.

Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach forklifts to pick and transport orders.
• Accurately pick and stage materials based on order lists.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and order quotas.
• Perform manual order picking and material handling as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing inbound materials.
• Complete and pass forklift operator (FLO) certification during onboarding.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1+ year of high reach forklift experience required.
• Familiarity with Crown forklifts preferred.
• Order picking experience and ability to meet performance targets.
• Strong attention to safety and detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a forklift operator test.
• Additional experience (2+ years) may be required for advanced roles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA. The pay range for this position is $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
