We're seeking an Forklift Operator to work at a premier client in Carlisle, PA. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.

Pay Rate: $17.75- $18.25/ hour plus customer work incentives

Schedule:

Sun
- Wed- 7am- 5:30pm- $17.75/hr wed
- Sat- 7am- 5:30pm-$17.75/hr mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri- 7am-5:30pm- $17.75/hr sun
- Wed- 6pm-4:30am- $18.25/hr wed
- Sat- 6pm- 4:30am- $18.25/hr mon
- Fri- 7am- 3:30pm- $17.75/hr mon-Fri- 3:30pm-12am- $18.25/ hr.

What's a typical day as an Forklift Operator? You'll be:

• Working in a traditional warehousing type of environment and picking parts according to customer order and placing parts in work areas.
• Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or documents to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped.
• Moving items from bulk containers or racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Filling requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials or other stock items and places them in designated areas
• Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to designated areas via forklift.
• Ensuring warehouse is clean, safe and accessible
• Scanning materials and moving them according to standard work instructions where applicable
• Responsible for completing the Forklift TPM in a timely manner as required.
• Assisting in the counting and accurate tracking of materials or items received or distributed. May also assist with the physical counting of inventory.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Sweeping, dusting, mopping

• Ability to perform repetitive duties within the designated parameters of standard work and work accurately.
• Must be computer literate including experience with WMS (warehouse management system)
• Ability to work with frequent distractions.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of team members
• Prior forklift certification
• HS diploma or GED
• Work to be compliant with the company environmental, health and safety standards and rules
• Must be able to lift 25lbs on a daily basis- occasionally may have to lift up to 50lbs
