We are now recruiting a Multiskilled Plumber to join our dedicated facilities team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive professional to take ownership of plumbing systems across a key client site.

As a Multiskilled Plumber, you will work closely with the onsite Electrician and wider facilities team to deliver a high standard of planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance. You will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and reliability of plumbing systems across the facility.

• Carry out planned, preventive, and reactive maintenance
• Maintain, repair, test and install plumbing systems
• Support general building maintenance and fabric repair (e.g., basic painting, DIY tasks)
• Prioritise workload effectively to meet operational requirements
• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations
• Escort subcontractors and visitors where required
• Undertake additional duties as assigned

Essential:

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing
• Proven maintenance experience
• Strong time‑management abilities
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Desirable:

• Electrical qualifications or experience
