Salary: £41,000 per year + Company Van + Fuel Card + Tools + Enhanced Overtime Pay

Our client is looking for qualified Electricians to join their growing team, delivering EV charger installations across Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business within the rapidly expanding electric vehicle sector, offering a permanent role, ongoing training and excellent career prospects.
Previous EV charging experience is beneficial but not essential. If you're a qualified electrician looking to develop new skills, full specialist training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities of the Installation Electrician- Install EV charging points in domestic and commercial properties.
- Install new electrical circuits in accordance with BS7671 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations).
- Carry out Initial Verification of Electrical Installations.
- Complete Electrical Installation Certificates (EICs) and Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificates (MEIWCs).
- Diagnose and repair faults on existing EV charging installations.
- Carry out routine maintenance, inspection and testing of EV charging equipment.
- Complete site surveys and determine suitable cable routes and installation methods.
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, electrical regulations and company quality standards.
- Maintain excellent health and safety standards.
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at every site.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- AM2 Completed
- City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2919 EV Charging Equipment Installation
- Previous EV charger installation experience (preferred but not essential)
- £41,000 annual salary
