Accounting Manager

LHH is looking to fill a Direct Hire Accounting Manager Job in Carlsbad. Qualified candidates will have strong ERP experience and the ability to be hands‑on with reconciliations and month‑end management. In addition, this Accounting Manager will have experience producing financials and assisting with payroll. The Company is growing and looking for the right anchor for the department. This opportunity will offer full benefits, bonus potential and a very generous PTO package.

• Manage month‑end close and the production of financial statements
• Assist in processing payroll for 100+ employees
• Assist with revenue recognition and billing
• Collaborate with and report directly to the CFO

• Proficiency with ERP platforms (ideally JD Edwards) and strong Microsoft Excel capabilities
• Ability to thrive in growing environment
• Skill in planning and completing tasks correctly and on time
