A premier hospitality management company is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support multiple hotel properties throughout North County San Diego. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume invoice processing, vendor communication, and working in a collaborative accounting environment.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

+ Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

+ Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation

+ Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies

+ Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation

Accounting Support

+ Assist with month-end accruals and AP reconciliations

+ Respond to vendor inquiries professionally

+ Support expense reporting and credit card reconciliations

+ Maintain organized electronic accounting records

Requirements

+ 2+ years of accounts payable experience

+ Hospitality, restaurant, or hotel accounting experience preferred

+

Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP software such as Sage Intacct, Oracle, or Net Suite

+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
