ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Prepare weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation
Accounting Support
- Assist with month-end accruals and AP reconciliations
- Respond to vendor inquiries professionally
- Support expense reporting and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain organized electronic accounting records
