A growing manufacturing company in Carlsbad is seeking an Accountant to support its expanding finance department. This position offers a broad mix of general accounting, inventory, cost accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Assist with inventory accounting and valuation
• Review manufacturing costs and investigate variances
• Reconcile inventory, prepaid, fixed asset, and accrual accounts
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed
• Prepare financial reports and management schedules
• Analyze expense trends and account activity
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist with annual audits and financial requests
• Help identify opportunities to improve accounting processes
