• Prepare journal entries and assist with monthly close
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain the general ledger and supporting schedules
• Assist with fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed
• Analyze financial transactions and research discrepancies
• Prepare spreadsheets and monthly reporting packages
• Assist with audit requests and special accounting projects
