Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Accounts Receivable/ Collections
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve payment issues
- Create and maintain supplier records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews
- Administer corporate card and purchase card programs
- Maintain Oracle EBS credit card module
- Work with business and bank on issue resolution, new accounts, and terminated accounts
- Audit travel and expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ability to identify issues and work to resolve them using analytical skills
- Experience with Oracle and SOX are a plus
- Sales and Use Tax experience a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Certifications:
- High School diploma required, BS preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in an AP role
Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office environment
- Consistent computer usage, entering and looking up data
- Workspace requires employee to be on the phone at least 50% of the day making and receiving calls
- Regularly required to sit
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected hourly base pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00.
