We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist. • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Assist in social media content creation.
• Identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• Support the Agent in an administrative/assistant role.

• Be willing and able to obtain an insurance license – because we believe in empowering our team with the knowledge and expertise to best serve our customers.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
