Client Services Administrator

Description

A well-respected professional services firm is seeking a polished Client Services Administrator to support client onboarding, account maintenance, and internal coordination. This role blends administrative precision with high-touch customer interaction.

Day-to-Day Impact

+ Serve as the primary administrative liaison for new and existing clients

+ Coordinate document collection, account setup, and service requests

+ Maintain meticulous digital and physical client records

+ Track service timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding items

+ Prepare client correspondence, reports, and presentation materials

+ Support leadership with calendar management and meeting logistics

+ Identify opportunities to improve client service workflows

Requirements

+ 2+ years of administrative, client services, or office coordination experience

+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Strong professional communication skills (written and verbal)

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

+

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar) preferred

+ High level of professionalism and client confidentiality
