Adams & Martin Group is excited to partner with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Carlsbad seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive, detail‑driven legal professional with 3+ years of litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.

Litigation Legal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a professional and welcoming first point of contact; handle incoming calls and assist clients both in person and by phone
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, copying, organizing documents, and data entry
  • Enter, track, and maintain accurate information within internal document management systems
  • Manage attorney calendars and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deadlines using Microsoft Outlook
  • Prepare and assemble estate planning binders/books
  • Support attorneys with probate matters and discovery‑related tasks (no e‑filing required)
  • Draft and initiate basic discovery documents (preferred but not required)
  • Successfully multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Apply general legal administrative knowledge to assist with day‑to‑day workflow
