Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced office environment while providing outstanding customer service.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Location: On-Site
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation.
- Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Support office staff with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
