Administrative Assistant

A growing commercial property management firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, tenant communications, and administrative projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a key support resource for a busy team.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling requests
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with contract and lease documentation
  • Coordinate office supply ordering and vendor communications
  • Support leadership with special projects and administrative initiatives

Tenant & Client Support

  • Respond to tenant inquiries and route requests appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records and database information
  • Assist with work order tracking and vendor coordination
  • Support customer service efforts and office operations
