Part-Time; On-Call Customer Services Clerk

Overview

Part‑time (on‑call) Customer Services Clerk. Perform office services in San Diego County, CA.

Compensation: $16.90–$16.90 per hour.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. No nights or weekends.

• Mail Operations – sorting and processing incoming mail, preparing and posting outgoing mail.
• Package Operations – sorting, entering and delivering incoming packages, preparing and processing outgoing packages.
• Copier Services – handling incoming copy, scan, print and binding requests.
• Corporate Hospitality – managing environment presentation and assistance with catering and events.
• Records Management – scanning and physical filing.
• Customer Service – demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high‑volume production environment.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and critical‑thinking skills to resolve problems.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion.
• Standing for long periods and significant walking.
