Job Overview
Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail. May work on special projects.
Pay Range$23.25/hr - $28.25/hr
Requirements / Must Have- High school diploma required.
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
- Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
- May work on special projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office required.
