• High School Diploma required. Required Experience
• 5–8 years of administrative support experience. Experience handling high-volume administrative work with strong attention to detail.
Experience with scheduling, spreadsheets, data entry, document management, and coordination. Experience coordinating work between multiple teams, departments, or stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
• Experience working in a utility, engineering, construction, energy, or similar environment. Experience supporting planners, project teams, field operations, or technical departments.
Experience with work intake, work assignment, scheduling requests, or workflow coordination. Experience managing high-volume requests and maintaining tracking spreadsheets. Required Skills

Key Responsibilities
• Receive incoming work through the intake process and assign work to the appropriate planners.
• Schedule and coordinate SBL requests.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, trackers, and administrative records.
• Manage a high volume of requests and assignments while maintaining accuracy.
• Serve as a liaison between planners and multiple internal groups.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and other administrative activities.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to planners and the department.
• Track outstanding work and follow up to ensure items remain on schedule.
• Organize and maintain documents, files, records, and correspondence.
• Perform additional administrative and special-project tasks as needed.
• Work as a self-starter, staying on top of assignments with limited supervision.
