What You’ll Do
  • Oversee and optimize sales processes and workflows to ensure smooth operations with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Direct metric development, analysis, reporting, sales analytics, and sales compensation.
  • Deliver tactical solutions for supporting the achievement of revenue and income objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gain agreement on business objectives and the action plans needed to achieve them.
  • Identify sales trends and creative proactive solutions that help management gauge the performance of the business and create proactive solutions to maximize sales performance.
  • Utilize sales analytics to help support quarterly sales forecasts, quota setting, and sales deployment decisions. Coordinate forecasting activity through CRM as available.
  • Partner with Sales, Human Resources, and Finance management to support the development, approval, and communication of field sales compensation and incentive programs, and assist in developing the strategies and tools to maximize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to forecast performance and implement any necessary strategic and tactical changes to ensure achievement of annual objectives.
  • Assist the sales leadership team with independent and direct sales representative onboarding/offboarding, quota development, and territory optimization.
  • Lead staff selection, development, performance management, and continuous recalibration of staff; ensure appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation; perform administrative tasks associated with timekeeping, pay, performance, policy administration and other matters related to employment.
  • Assess staff and provide timely and consistent feedback regarding technical proficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance. Work with staff to identify work goals and create individual development plans. Evaluate training programs to ensure content meets staff needs.
  • Behave in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Demonstrate Breg’s cultural beliefs and achieve the key results of the company.
  • Promote Breg’s culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, focused feedback, and recognition. Align the performance of the position with the culture of commitment and accountability, following the steps of:

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales/Revenue/Commercial Operations capacity required.
  • Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required in management of a team.
  • Expert in the use of Microsoft Excel. Computer proficiency including web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Power

    BI and PowerPoint. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Experience with Oracle, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and Power BI strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record developing leaders and high-performing teams.
