Compensation: $84,000 - $120,000 / year
Description
You Are:A dedicated, team-oriented Escrow Officer with an existing (and strong!) book of business. You enjoy working closely with buyers and sellers to providing an excellent escrow experience. - You must be In-Person in the Carlsbad area for this role
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

- Coordinate - work with all parties to collect required docs
- Escrow Account - hold funds until all conditions are met
- Closing Documents - prep and oversee signing
- Disburse Funds - at the appropriate time to the appopriate parties
- Transfer of Ownership - record deed and other docs with gov't to finalize transfer of ownership
