** About the Role*
* We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a highly collaborative, detail-driven environment and enjoys bringing structure to complex operational and scientific projects. This role will directly support the hiring manager and two cross-functional teams, helping drive process improvements, project execution, documentation, and operational efficiency across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate is not only organized and analytical, but also highly adaptable, intellectually curious, and an exceptional communicator who can manage shifting priorities while keeping projects moving forward.

** What You'll Do*
* + Manage and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

+ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, and tracking systems.

+ Create process maps and workflow documentation.

+ Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

+ Analyze operational and project data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

+ Support SKU setup and related operational initiatives.

+ Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for stakeholders and leadership.

+ Coordinate across business, scientific, and operational teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved.

+ Drive continuous improvement efforts and help implement more efficient project and business processes.

+ Navigate changing priorities with professionalism, urgency, and strong organizational discipline.

** Required Qualifications*
* + Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Business, Biology, Chemistry, or another Life Sciences discipline.

+ 2+ years of Project Management experience (required).

+ Experience working in a professional office or corporate operations environment.

+ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

+ Strong interpersonal skills with experience supporting multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

+ Proficiency with:

+ Microsoft Excel

+ Microsoft Word

+ Microsoft Power Point

+ Database and project tracking systems

** Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience or familiarity with any of the following is a plus:

+ Cell Biology

+ Gene Editing

+ Genetic Engineering

+ Stem Cell Biology

+ Biotechnology or Life Sciences operations

** Pay Details:**  $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
