We’re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to play a key role in our preconstruction and bidding efforts. This position is ideal for a detail-driven construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with project teams to deliver accurate, competitive, and well-analyzed estimates.

You’ll bring strong digital takeoff skills, a deep understanding of construction estimating, and the ability to evaluate subcontractor bids and complex project documents with confidence.

• Perform accurate digital on-screen takeoffs and quantity surveys
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for new construction and renovation projects
• Review, analyze, and level subcontractor and vendor proposals
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, owner requirements, and regulatory criteria
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Develop and maintain historical cost data to support future estimates and early-stage concept budgets
• Assist with project budgets, RFP packages, and preconstruction presentations

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong proficiency with digital takeoff and estimating tools (Bluebeam, OST, or similar)
• Excellent ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proven success supporting competitive bids and accurate estimates
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfort working directly with clients and project stakeholders

• General Contractor experience
• Affordable housing project experience

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Highly detail-focused and organized
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Self-starter who can manage multiple deadlines and overlapping deliverables
• Comfortable interfacing with clients both virtually and in person

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
