A leading construction firm in California is looking for an Asphalt/Paving Maintenance Tech for their National Paving Group. This role involves completing repairs onsite for paving clients, providing excellent customer assistance, and ensuring quality work. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of preferred experience in asphalt or paving, a high school diploma, and must be able to travel 3-4 days per week.

Additionally, a valid driver's license is required for this role.
