We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale residential remodels from contract to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex construction projects, maintain client confidence, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our exacting quality standards.

• Lead residential remodeling projects ($500K–$3M+) from start to finish.
• Manage construction schedules, budgets, subcontractor performance, and job site safety.
• Closely monitor subcontractor workmanship, proactively addressing deficiencies to protect quality and company standards.
• Represent the company’s best interests in all project decisions, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and long-term client satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional client communication, including daily logs of project progress, weekly project updates and upcoming milestones, managing all documentation and communication through project management software.
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction and Design teams during planning, estimating, and trade partner contracting.
• Review scopes of work, contracts, and subcontractor invoices.
• Drive weekly project meetings and issue timely progress updates.
• Schedule and facilitate client and designer job walks.
• Prepare Change Orders in Buildertrend as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Pro Pacific’s quality standards and warranty processes.
• Mentor junior project managers and field staff.

You will manage high-end residential projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring quality workmanship, schedule adherence, clear communication, professional subcontractor coordination, and a positive client experience. This is a senior-level role for someone who has already proven themselves in residential construction.

• 5+ years of experience managing high-end residential remodeling and/or custom home construction.
• Whole-home remodels, large additions, ground-up custom homes.
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, finishes, and detailing.
• Ability to manage demanding homeowners and complex design scopes.
• High standards for quality and subcontractor performance.
• Strong scheduling and time-management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with scheduling and project management tools (Buildertrend or similar preferred).
