About the roleWe are seeking an experienced, senior-level Estimator to join our Preconstruction team in Carlsbad, CA. In this role you will be responsible for developing accurate, competitive estimates for large commercial wall systems projects.
Responsibilities- Lead detailed estimates for wall system projects
- Interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
- Collaborate with PMs, Architects, Engineers, and clients during preconstruction
- Proficient on On-Screen Takeoff and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with scheduling software
- 5+ years of experience doing commercial construction estimating
