Construction Assistant

Pacific Coast Construction & Waterproofing, Inc. provides General Contracting and Project Management services throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. Our projects range from tenant improvements to ground-up new construction. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Foreman to join our growing team.

We are looking for a dependable professional to work alongside our Superintendents in maintaining a productive, organized, and safe job site environment. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in multiple phases of interior construction and the ability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

This position is Monday through Friday, with compensation based on experience.

Candidates should have experience in some, or all, of the following areas:

• Carpentry
• Cabinet installation and finish work
• Drywall
• Flooring
• Basic plumbing & electrical knowledge
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete work independently
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans (preferred)

• Reliable transportation required (truck preferred)
• Own power tools (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
