K2 Staffing, LLC is looking for an experienced Estimator in Carlsbad to lead preconstruction efforts in multifamily construction projects. You will be responsible for accurate cost estimation and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, a minimum of 5 years of multifamily estimating experience, and proficiency in estimating software. Strong communication and team mentoring skills are essential.
