Job Description
The Designer of Concept & Styling will support the Women’s Design Team’s seasonal creative strategy. This Designer will work closely with the Director of Women’s Design, Creative and Styling, the VP of Women’s Design, and cross-functional partners in merchandising and marketing to support the communication of design concepts. Through the building of compelling visual decks, coordinating styling initiatives and managing digital design tools, this role will contribute to the creation of commercially successful creations.
Whatyou’ll get to do:
- Create and maintain visual tools & aids, such as mood boards, concept decks & cross functional tools
- Support styling & outfitting efforts by preparing garments and tools as needed for photoshoots, presentations, and other visual communication initiatives
- Collaborate with partners in design & cross‑functional teams (including merchandising and marketing) to ensure alignment of updates to design concepts and corresponding tools
- Assist in trend research, gathering inspiration from various sources, including shopping trips, cultural events, publications & online resources, with a focus on current styling trends
- Maintain organized design files and samples, adhering to the team’s digital & physical asset management systems and organizational systems
- Support management of seasonal interns as needed, helping to foster positive learning experiences and brand‑knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, or related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred
- 5+ year’s experience in apparel design, graphic design or marketing
- Excellent visual communication skills & ability to create compelling presentations and styling concept
- Naturally curious with an eye for trend & an innate understanding of aesthetic values and brand filters
- Excels at building of digital creative tools and assets, leveraging proficiencies in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Self‑starter with exceptional time management & organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

The salary range for this role is $100,900 per year - $129,780 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
