Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and creating outstanding experiences for both pet parents and Pet Care Professionals.

Position Overview

The Reservations Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring services are accurately scheduled, documented, confirmed, and communicated. This position helps transform client requests into seamless experiences by coordinating reservations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting both pet parents and Pet Care Professionals.

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love organization, enjoy helping people, and take pride in getting the details right, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Reservation Management

Schedule and manage pet care reservations

Verify dates, times, locations, and service details

Ensure reservations are accurately entered into company systems

Maintain organized and up-to-date records

Communication

Communicate professionally with pet parents and Pet Care Professionals

Confirm reservation details and expectations

Respond to questions and requests promptly

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, text, email, and software platforms

Coordination & Problem Solving

Work closely with Concierge, Support, and Administrative teams

Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts

Help prevent issues before services begin

Documentation & Accuracy

Maintain detailed notes and records

Update client and reservation information

Ensure data integrity across systems

Follow established procedures and workflows
