Hydration Room is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to deliver elevated, high-touch service for patients across multiple California clinics. You will greet guests, verify paperwork, schedule appointments, assist the RN, and process payments in a fast-paced, boutique environment.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-volume customer service or premium hospitality and are highly organized with strong time-management skills. Prior POS/scheduling familiarity is a plus.
