A leading manufacturing company in North County San Diego is expanding its customer support team and is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and keeping orders moving. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure customers receive outstanding service from start to finish.

You'll be more than just the voice answering the phone—you'll become a trusted resource for customers while helping coordinate orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.

Customer Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
• Provide updates regarding production schedules, inventory availability, and shipment status
• Process customer requests, returns, and warranty inquiries
• Build lasting relationships by delivering prompt and professional service
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience

Operations Support

• Coordinate with manufacturing and warehouse teams regarding order fulfillment
• Monitor open orders and communicate delays proactively
• Maintain customer accounts within the ERP system
• Generate reports and assist with administrative projects
• Support Sales with quotes, documentation, and account maintenance
