Apparel, you will use your knowledge of product development and processes toexecute and own the development lifecycle for assignedathletestyles and special projects from design handoff throughkit delivery.
You are the primary development contact for theathletesyou manage and serve as the day-to-day link betweensports marketing,design, merchandising, technicaldesignandour factory partners. It is essential that all communication is accurate, complete,timely,and professional.

What you'll get to do:
- Own execution of the development process for assignedathletesand styles, from concept through delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day development contact for vendors for assignedathlete projects, driving clear communication, accountability, and alignment to calendar, cost, and product expectations.
- Support development WIP and time & action calendars for assignedathletes, ensuring vendors aresubmittingaccurateandtimelyupdates; proactively follow up on status and risks, and reporting to
- Ownorderingfor assigned styles, ensuring all development requirements—including costing, testing, approvals, and documentation—are completed accurately and on time.
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all critical productspecificationswithin the PLM system, including style details, technical properties (if applicable), BOMs, costing, testing status, and buy readiness indicators.
- Maintain accuracy of technical packages to ensure products meet goals for mobility, function,fit, quality, andathlete needs.
- Participate in fittings with Design and Technical Design. Clearly communicate development, fit, and visual feedback to vendors in alignment with cross-functional direction.
- Own and manage allsubmits(lab dips, trims, washes, strike‑offs, PPS, etc.), including tracking, receiving, organizing, and preparing materials for milestone meetings.
- Guide and Partner cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment across
Sports Marketing,Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Materials,and Trims/Color,identifying risks or gaps earlyin projects. - Support compliance and performance testing for assigned categories and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues ahead of delivery.
- Assist with seasonal workbooks and development recaps as needed, including proofing for accuracy of style information, images, and product details.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering,Manufacturingor equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 3+years of product development experience isrequiredand/or product management experience with an understanding record of managing product from concept to completion.
