WHAT IS KIDSTRONG?
At Kid Strong, we help parents build stronger, smarter, more athletic kids. Kid Strong is a science-based kids training program for kids up to 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future‑ready kids who are confident making friends, running the playground, and raising their hand high in the classroom. In other words... kids who will win at life!

- We are looking for coaching with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages up to 11 years old
- Kid Strong Coach would focus on coaching children on brain, physical and character development that stems from evolving monthly curriculum
- Ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind Kid Strong curriculum
- Our classes run weekdays 9am-11am and evenings until 7pm.
- Weekends we start at 8am and run through lunch time.
- Additional opportunity to increase scheduled hours through private party and academy coaching hours.
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required!
- Candidate must be available to work the following shifts to be considered
- Weekday Evenings: 3:45pm-7:30pm
- Weekday Mornings: 8:45am-11:30am
- Saturday: 8:45am-12:30pm, 1:00-3:30 (as needed for parties), 4:30pm-7pm (as needed for parties)
- Sunday: 8:45am-1:30pm, 1:30-3:30 (as needed for parties), 4:30pm-7pm (as needed for parties)
- Must be 18 or older
- Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
- Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate Kid Strong age is preferred
- Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on Kid Strong curriculum
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
- Self-starter who just gets a job done
