San Dieguito Union High School District is seeking a long‑term substitute teacher to provide instruction in Art – Sculpture and Digital Art Design within the Arts and CTE Arts, Media, and Entertainment pathway. The instructor will deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons, support diverse learners, and foster a positive and creative classroom environment. Candidates should possess strong content knowledge in traditional and digital art mediums, effective classroom management skills, and the flexibility to adapt to student needs.
Requirements/ Qualifications
- Possession of a valid California Single Subject Credential in Art
- Possession of a valid Career Technical Education (CTE) Credential in Arts, Media, and Entertainment
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital art techniques
- Effective classroom management skills
- Flexibility to adapt instruction to a variety of student needs
