• Support students' social-emotional growth and confidence
• Prepare learning materials and contribute to lesson execution

• A genuine passion for working with students and supporting their growth
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Flexibility, initiative, and a solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse learners

• High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred
• Prior experience in education, childcare, or youth programs is a plus

• Experience supporting special education or differentiated instruction
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning
• Comfort using classroom technology and digital tools
